Forced disappearance from our world is now a widespread global problem. Throughout history, we see that works of literature, languages, and cultures disappear. They die either by force or by natural death. It‘s a fact that the disappearance is not a specific discipline or region. The forced disappearance as a metaphorical expression also includes harassment of human rights and illegal counter-terror activities across the Globe. Disappearance from loved ones and their community often remains unknown which carries with it deeply felt agony and a constant unknown danger where the usual targets appear to be men which in return fetch a long struggle for women in general. The literature on forced disappearance, resistance, colonialism, and literature of power conflict is highly marginalized in the world. This book is a modest attempt metaphorically on forced disappearances, resistance literature, languages, and cultures with special reference to resistance literature and literature of power conflicts including all types of injustices inflicted upon humans across the Globe.
